While driving along, at times my oil pressure.

While driving along, at times my oil pressure gauge will bounce from the middle which is normal to really low then stay in low for a while then bouce back to normal

The most likely suspect is the oil pressure sending unit. Check the pressure with a mechanical gauge. Intermittently low pressure can be caused by debris holding the pressure relief valve open but more commonly if it's not the sending unit it's due to a spun bearing that occasionally orients itself to block the oil passage in the journal.
