88 Ford F150

I have a 1988 Ford F150 and I went to start it to go to work and it will not start. I have spark and I am getting fuel. I have replaced the map sensor but it will still not start.

But is it the correct fuel pressure and the injectors pulsing-if its an EFI

That i am not sure i do not have a fuel system pressure gauge

Lets get one or rent it- and do a fuel pressure test-let me know
