my RV runs fine but I hear a faint tapping when I am going over 55 mph it is consistent with the rhythm of the speed. I put in slick and changed the oil but it did not make a difference I have plenty of power and the engine hums what is that faint tapping

It could be the lifters need adjusted. Check that to see if any are lose.
