1988 Ford E Series Van Just Bought Honey Low Mileage E 150 Mint Condition One

Just bought a honey of a low-mileage E-150 van in mint condition but has one problem.. too many seats taking up the interior space.
How do I remove the second row of 2 captains chairs? They are mounted on round pedestal type structures.
