engine no power

Was anything done prior to this occurring?

bought it from seller who told me it had this problem he said he did nothing to it.sat a long time he said.

First thing you need to check would be the ignition timing and carb throttle operations.

If everything is in order that would require detailed diagnostics.

Carb throttle opening and blockages in some of the internal circuits have to be checked. Since the vehicle had been sitting for extended, the carb might have certain fuel passages clogged. You would have to service it.
