1988 Dodge Ram D150 318 TBI. Dies going down the road. Usually starts right back up,sometimes takes a few minutes. Last night it died 3 times in less than a mile. Took several minutes to start the 3rd time. Got it idling in the driveway this morning. Need it to die so I can if its getting gas and fire. Today it won't die. Been doing this for 2 weeks. Sometimes goes a couple days before it happens again. What could this be? Also, does this motor have an ignition control module and where is it?

check your fuel pressure and scan for codes first. fuel pressure should be 13.5-15.5 lbs.
