Having a problem with acceleration and climbing hills

I am having a problem with acceleration, and climbing hills, I also cannot use passing gear, or push the gas petal more than half a petal. At highway speed if you put the pedal down to hit passing gear the transmission will down shift and bog down.

Engine 318 ci throttle body injection 4x4
