distributor specs

need distributor specs for pick-up and coil for 1988 dodge dakota 3.9 eng.auto trans.

Hello,

I believe that distributor has a Hall Effect Switch not a Pickup.

Here are the specs.....

Distributor

The 3.9L engines use Chrysler Hall Effect distributors. The only adjustment for either system is initial ignition timing

IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE (OHMS)

Application Primary Secondary

Prestolite 1.34-1.55 9400-11,700 Echlin or Essex 1.34-1.55 9000-12,200 Diamond 1.34-1.55 15,000-19,000

Ohms resistance must be measured at 70-80°F (21-27°C).
