If I leave the headlight switch unplugged I dont pop a fuse
when I dont I keep popping fuse

Check the red wire that goes to the headlight switch if its shorted to ground-

That wasnt it
i can plug the switch in now and the fuse wont pop until I try to turn the headlights on
