no power to fuses for headlights tail lights dash lights dome light need to no color codes for wires feeding fuse pannel and the underhood connector where it goes through firewall to inside

Check fusible links at battery junction, right side of firewall. Check the black fusible link if more than 1, check them both. Check for voltage on both sides of fusible link. If voltage on one side and not the other, fusible link is faulty.
