How long will it take to replace the weather stripping ? pillars front and rear and targa top both side pieces

Can I reuse the old screws ? I think they are plastic ? The front pillar piece goes across the top of the windshield. The targa top pieces go across the bottom of the targa top where the window meets. The rear pillar goes across the targa top.

it should only take about a half hour at the most. the screws that you think are plastic may be push pins and may come with the new weatherstripping. just look before you take the old one out.
