gas gauge

the arm is ok if the sending unit is bad cant that make the gauge not work right it will not go blow 3/4 of a tank but will go up to full

Yes faulty sender will cause eratic gague do you have a DVOM ? to do some tests

no i dont have a DVOM to do any test where can i get one so i can do some test

i have done change the cluster and the relay the sending unit is next if it dont check out to be good so thanks a lot ill get a tester

That would be what I would do. When pump/sender unit is out of tank opertae float see if guage responds
