When turning at any speed left or right my car sounds like metal on metal knocking ticking grinding. Makes no noise while driving straight and alignment isn't affected. Tire pressure and tire balance checks out and suspension seems fine. So I'm assuming its a joint or bar of some sort any help would be great thank you

A ball joint will make a clunk, but not a grinding noise. Check to make sure the brakes are good on the front and check the CV joints. If you hear a clicking when making a sharp turn, often times it is a CV joint
