Is there a part number. Do I need to go to a mechanic or is it easy to get to? Any idea of the cost of the part?

Additional 88 Acura Questions.
1. My cruise control stopped working years ago. The S-3 light flashes. Any Thoughts.

2. The clock/information system doesn't work also. Dead.
I replaced it (ebay) still doesn't work.

Thanks,
