1987 Volvo 760 Turbo 4 Door Car Keeps Blowing Fuse Blows Speedometer Does Work

My 1987 Volvo 760 Turbo 4 door car keeps blowing a fuse and when it blows the speedometer does not work, the overdrive goes into the off position, and the abs light comes on. I have checked all the wires and as far as I can see there is no wires being grounded out.

fuses blow for a reason and that needs to be found. each component on that circuit is suspect to the failure and must be checked to see
