I'm So Lost . . . .!

Well.......I went out and bought a digital multimeter, I tested the relay and had two out of four with power. I'f I am not mistaken that is right. then I checked all the lines for power. All the lines have power. when the car is on accessory mode the lights work just fine, but as soon as I turn the key over and start the car the headlights don't work? I'm at my wits end..... please some one help

Which relay are you refering to?

turn the headlights on and check the voltage at the headlight bulb connecter.if no power find the headlight relay.when you turn the lights on the relay will click.if no swap with another relay same part number for testing.if still inop.you will need to remove the headlight switch and check voltages there.
