transmission will not change gear

I replace head block put everything back together,remove throttle sensor and put it back now my car will not change gears,it only runs at 5mph.transmission was check and it not broken or burn

sounds more of an engine problem than trans if it only goes 5mph.

did you do a compression test, fuel pressure and spark test on the motor

Did you check for trouble codes? You mentioned removing the TPS, was it installed correctly?
