Was bleeding coolant system and all of the sudden the coolant surged and spilled over engine parts. I quickly rinsed off with hose. But after i started the car all the warning lights remained on. Looked at fuses and they all seemed fine. Not sure what to do or replace next? Thanks for your time and look forward to hearing from you. Cheers

Air dry all components and run a scan just to be safe, as cadieman says can you be more specific on which lights are on.
