My 1989 Pontiac fiero idles fine while in park but when I shift into drive the rpms increase and shifts hard into drive. The car shifts fine once it is in drive from 1st to 2nd or 3rd 4th. The car drives great other than that 1st gear jump. Just wondering if anybody could help me with trouble shooting this trouble. Thank you very much for any help you can offer. Thanks again.
