The light is accessable from either under the hood or from under the fender.

Hi! I changed front marker light on my 1986 Pontiac 6000 from the front of the car. You need to remove the fender and headlight (if your car has four headlamps, it is enough to remove only low-beam, external one). Then you'll be able to reach the socket with the marker bulb, just turn it 90 degrees and pull it out.
