1987 Plymouth Reliant Setting the new timing belt

I need to know what position the timing needs set to.
Have been told that there are 3 marks that need aligned: Crankshaft and each Cam Gear.

see pics looks like they are not very good so maybe putting white chalk on them will help.

From the pics, I cannot tell where the timing (degree) should be set.

it is always set with engine at tdc......least yours is. that means #1 at top dead center. and follow the diagram
