1987 Oldsmobile 88 Still Start 87 Olds Changed Harmonic Balancer Postion Sensor

I'm at a loss still cant start my 87 olds, we changed harmonic balancer, position sensor and the pinch bracket. We done this with the help of a Chilton's repair manual,

Do you have a good spark and fuel pressure to the engine?

Yes,we went through all of that and checked fuses. We just cant seem to get sensor in the correct position,everything we have read so far tells us we need that GM tool to align cam to sensor,where besides a GM dealer or mechanic can i borrow this tool?

You should be able to get one from a parts store.
