You need to remove the drive belts and crankpulley to replace the front seal.

need to remove all of the above mentioned, plus the timing belt covers, belt, and since there are 3 oil seals on the front ( 2 camshaft, 1 crankshaft) the camshaft gears must be removed. I highly reccommend to replace all 3 seals, timing belt tensioner, belt water pump and thermostat while you have it all apart
