1987 Mitsubishi 3000gt Considering Taking Head Off Van Bad Got Water Oil Creamy

Im considering taking the head off my van to see how bad the head is its got water in oil to a creamy white and too much on the stick she gets too hot and oil try's to boil out the top cap I have just installed a new gas set up and.new 3 core radiator installed myself there's about 400 000 on the clock . It's a good old x Telstra van I think it's the second donk I have changed a head once on a 186 years ago what do you think the rings may be stuffed ?

At this mileage, the rings definitely needs attention. Even if the compression rings are still good, then oil rings should be long overdue for replacement.
