Truck had sat for ten years in a garage in mint condition I bought it drove it home didn't have any power I held it wide open in 3rd it was hardly moving til a black rubber hose on the front of the motor going to carb (1 of 3) blowed into then it took off like a drag car ran great made a hissing noise tho n cover my engine in black soot. I replaced the center hose that blew and it went back to running like a lemon. If u unhook the hose it runs great. What's up with my truck?

The part that the hose is connected to is clogged. It should be the EGR system components.
