It is on front part of engine block and looks like the one in picture.

Not at firewall side. That is the oil filter and not oil pump. Oil pump is behind the timing belt cover and crank pulley.

Sorry imy car is a 97 model mazda soho 121,and it has a timing chain,and I opend it their but their is no oil pump their
