jeep is idiling bad.and running like its not gettng fuel or maybe power. It is not constant. Ii happens more when the weather is cold. But cold in arizona is about 40 degrees.What are the possible reasons for this? thanks for your time and response.

Have you checked for the basic things such as vacuum leaks and the idle air control valve?
