What kind of fitting is used for water under the carb?

I'd have to remove the carb, intake and assoc hoses? Can't get to a spot to take a real good picture. There is a small hose on the underside of the intake but does'nt connect to anything? Is the intake itself water cooled?

Yes, it's water, I can put my finger over the hole while running and it'll stop flowing.

I can't tell, it is a machined hole but not sure if it's threaded.

Yes, there is a loose hose, but not sure what it comes from or what it goes to, the hose is a water type rubber, small size hose. I had thought it went onto something that had fallen out but don't know what it could have been or where it came out from.
