when im driving my shifter won't let me shift. I pull over turn car off. wait start it and its fine that's happened 2 times what do u think is wrong also it has a sweaky noise like a belt help

It could be linkage out of adjustment or worn. It could be the clutch cable needing adjustment. It could be something bent or breaking inside the transmission.

Check the belts visually. Push in the center of the belt(s) between the pulleys. Belts shouldn't deflect more than an inch. If they do, adjust them. Inspect the belts for shininess or cracking. It either of these shows up, replace the belt(s) in question.
