There is a tac tac sound

D15B engine starts normally, but when rpm reaches 3000, there is a tac tac sound near the first and 2nd cylinder valve. Engine had a timing belt broken, already replaced camshaft, timing belt camshaft pulley, engine ok running normally at idle.

Have you done a cylinder leak down or a compression test to see how the engine is sealing up?

Were the valve clearances adjusted? You need to readjust them after some running-in as the camshafts was replaced.
