My 1987 Honda Accord is smoking bluish smoke from the exhaust and wont idle at all what could it be?

Bluish smoke usually means you are burning oil. That's an old car so it's not unusual. The idle problem could due to a faulty IAC valve. Although on that car they may have another name for it. Or you may have just had a vacuum line/hose come off/apart/break.

Also check to see if your air filter box has oil in it. The engine may be getting pretty worn out by now.
