Why does my truck idle too fast, then to slow?

Not to sure if u guys resolved your problem I had the same issue and I also changed everything and after about 3 grand spent I one day disconneced my o2 sensor and turned the truck on and i-be-damn truck ran like a champ the only thing is that your check engine light stays on try it and let me know if it works
