1987 Dodge Ramcharger Alternator Doesnt Charge Battery Good Working Condition

So my alternator doesnt charge my battery but the alternator is in good working condition. I tested the voltage regulator and it also works. I checked all the wires to the battery and alternator and voltage regulator and they all seem fine. SO what is the problem? Do i have a short in the wiring or is there something else?

what is the voltage at the battery with the motor running????
