Hi I have an 87 chrysler 5th ave and my circuit #7 is not working(horn, stereo, cigarette lighter, and glove box light) I have replaced the fuse it should be a 20 amp yellow and it still wont work. I lost my manual during my last move I checked the wiring behind the fusepanel and the harnesses nothing seems loose or disconnected. Whats wrong with it? Someone help me please!

You probably have a burned out fusible link further up the line that feeds that fuse. You need to use a test light to confirm whether that fuse is receiving power.
