Right front brake drags and locks up.

I have changed the caliper and the soft brake line. Bled the brakes repeatedly, no air in the line. still drags and locks up

If both sides are locking up, I would start by checking the brake pedal to booster clearance. Insufficient clearance would result in brakes locking up as pressure builds up when the fluid temperature increases.
