The rear brake shoes are not moving when the pedal is depressed. I have the vehicle jacked up and the rear drums off for visual inspection. Fluid in master cylinde reservoir is OK. Is there a valve in the system that could have gotten stuck?. I had a leaky wheel cylinder ( not bad) and replaced it and the shoes. Now I have no rear brakes.
