my 1987 seville's air conditioned is not blowing air by the front vents and two days ago the digital display turn off on me and now the computer is saying system problem

is the blower motor working?usally the speedo and info panels go blank.try and unplug the info. panel from the bottom and see if the speedo lites up.1 needs to be sent for repair.
