wont start utill you reset the computer by removing the battery cable then runs fine maybe a week or a day then remove battery cable its fine again is it the ecm no codes come up

it couldbe the ecm or it could be a ground going to the ecm or something similar. But i kind of doubt it, check fuel pressure as it may be low or not receiveg signal from pcm to run pump.
