Can't bleed rear brake line?

Bled front line -no problem.
Nothing from rear. Pedal has almost no pressure. Stops truck--but what the....?

Could be a contaminated wheel cylinder or caliper. Plugged bleeder screws. Faulty diverter or proportioning valve. The wheel farthest from the master is the one that should be bled first.
