High Idle on 22RE EFI

Hi there...timing seems to be almost PERFECT doesn"t back out the intake at all...Had two leaks on intake...thought it might need a new intake gasket tightened them up...stopped the leaks...back one had no gasket on it...RTV high temp gasket...fixed that...vacum lines look good in in the proper position...still idling 900 or 1000 RPM's TOO HIGH...SHOULD IDLE AROUND 900 & 1100 AT THE MOST...CAN'T FIND HOW TO LOWER HIGH LIKE A CARBURATED MODEL...IT'S SOMETHING STUPID...I DON'T SEE ANYMORE LEAKS ON INTAKE...?
