My car got overheated and now it doesn't run very good

Hello sir, I have got subaru 86 gl j10, During driving it was heated up unfortunately. Now the problem is that the car is not moving over 25 km after full throttle and theirs a huge whistling voice with acceleration. I have got changed rings and valves but the problem remains?

I will be very thankful to you if you will just tell me what should i change?

Got overheated-so what kind of symptoms are you having? Don't quite understand it -be specific is to the problem-disconnect the exhaust pipe and see if it 'll move over 25km
