My car shoots out a lot of water out of the tailpipe and even when it gets warm, it still shoots out water, not a lot, but it still shoots out water.

Are you overheating? Could be coming from a blown headgasket, cracked head or block and an intake leak-If its not condensation

No, it's not overheating at all, it stays quite cool actually. It's just when I start it up, there is A LOT of water shooting out and even when it warms up there is still water shooting out of the exhaust pipe, but it has no symptoms of a blown headgasket

Check the oil level and also try replacing the PCV valve
