Check both exhaust and intake coils primary and secondary winding resistances and also power to coils

I already checked power coming to the coils-the intake had steady power at one wire when key is on and the second wire flashes when key is turned to start\on exhaust there is steady power when key is turned on to one wire-the second wire does not flash when key is turn to start. I have put the exhaust coil on the intake side and it worked fine-and the intake coil would not work on exhaust side. The resistance was good on the intake and exhaust coils.

on feb.11 asked question @ 1986 nissan stanza-answered by rasmataz-just now gettin back again..i now have spark to the intake and exhaust spark plugs but it still will not start after it is warmed up and shut off..could the egr valve do that or the air flow meter cause that? If so how do I check those?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also test the airflow meter and check the IACV and EGR valve-also check the ignition timing
