I have a 1986 Nissan hardbody, when I turn it on it automatically turns off after a couple of seconds. When I give it has it goes good but when I let go of the gas it turns off ten I have to start it over again and do the same process, what is the problem?

Idle control system is not working correctly. Idling speed could be too low.
