How do you replace a movable dash vent cover?

My dash vent cover is broken, but I ordered a new one. How do you remove the old one and install the new one? (The ducting and everything else works. It's just the plastic grill face that you see which is broken.)

some of these you just pry out. when you get the new one and if it has a littletip on each end then just try prying fromt eh top or bottom.
