put new head gasket on now its blowing water out the over flow its geting way to much water presure

You still compression leak. Was the cylinder refaced? Did you check the engine block surface for uneveness?

no it was not refaced but there was no marks or any damage that i could see . Would it get that much presure because of something like that it has a lot it dont even have to start and it will all most blow the cap off the radiator

The head does ot have to have any marks. If it is warped, it is not going to be seated flat on the gasket and this would result in compression leakages as the gaskets are not sealing correctly.

You need to send it to the machine shop to have it measured.
