I recently bought a 1986 jaguar vanden plas. It runs smoothe, but idles rough, what could it be.

The jag runs down the road very smoothly. When I come to a stop/start, it idles roughly. I have plugs, wires and coil. What else can I check? I am new to jags...so your help is appreciated.
