Oil filter is leaking oil

YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST Q&A ON THE WEB.1986 HONDA ACCORD. BETWEEN OIL FILTER HOUSING AND THE BLOCK OIL IS LEAKING. THE BOLTS ON THE OIL FILTER HOUSING ARE TIGHT. IS THERE A GASKET OR A O-RING THAT COULD BE CAUSE. THERE IS OIL LEAKING FROM BETWEEN OIL FILTER HOUSING AND THE BLOCK. BOLTS R TIGHT.

There should be an "O" ring or gasket under it that can be replaced.

If the filter housing has a cooler, it has an O-ring. If no cooler is present, the filter should sit directly onto the block, that would mean an bad filter gasket or an incorrectly torqued filter.
