I have a knocking when I brake at lower speeds

When I brake at lower speeds there is a knocking noise and I can feel it though the pedal. All my wheel bearings are new and the brakes are in good condition. Ive also replaced all my struts.

this is a 1986 honda accord lxi 4 dr auto

hot spots on the rotors. if you feel it in the wheel, it is the front.
