What cause a grinning noise in the transmission and this noise goes down when the clutch is pressed?

itcould be the release bearing in clutch fro improper adjustment or the input bearing of the transmission. have your trans fluid checked and use synthetic oil.

I forgot to sat that this is a 5 speed transmission.
